Lynn Maverick Denzer recently returned from the Hawaiian Island of Oahu with 700 photos of the beauty and adventure she enjoyed. Lynn took a watercolor workshop at Kialua Bay with Island artist Rebecca Snow and later ventured to Coconut ( Gilligan's Island) with Oahu's Wednesday Watercolor Wanderers. During her stay Lynn began 6 drawings to paintings and has just completed two. She has visions for more paintings and will be posting them in the months ahead in her Polynesia group. During this trip, Lynn experienced the real meaning of the eyes being the window to the soul and will share her vision of beauty and talent with Aloha. Students will explore the techiques in such works as the cards recently sold to a buyer in Mill Valley, California. Other classes will be taught by Lynn at Inspire Fine Arts, this winter.

Artist to Teach Small Group Water Color Classes
Lynn Maverick Denzer , experienced artist and art teacher will be conducting water color classes in San Antonio, Texas in October, 2012 at Inspire Fine Arts and High Wire Art Gallery. They will be small groups of 4 to 12 adults. Prices are very reasonable. Come experience the intuitive flow of what the medium has to offer. On fineartamerica.com , I am hosting the contest "Painting of Mammals" in which I entered 2 of my own Gorilla paintings after being fascinated by the Gorilla community in decent habitat at the Brownsville, Gladys Porter Zoo, in Texas. After 2 days, I see there already about 30 entries by other artists on fineartamerica. The entries will be over by Sunday, August19, and then anyone can vote for seven of their favorites. Voting will be for five days. I will be announcing the 3 winners on my next release, which should be on my website under news. Enjoy the art. Lynn Maverick Denzer
